1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, shortening a link, buying advertising, or using any part of IndiaShortURL, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or security risk.

3. Allowed Use

IndiaShortURL may be used to shorten lawful links, manage campaigns, and earn from valid traffic. You agree not to use the service for spam, fraud, phishing, malware, forced downloads, deceptive redirects, copyright infringement, privacy violations, harassment, hate content, illegal products or services, or any activity that breaks applicable law.

4. Link and Destination Rules

• Destination pages must be reachable, safe, and not designed to mislead visitors.
• Do not use frame breakers, malicious scripts, automatic downloads, or pages that change visitor settings without permission.
• We may remove or disable links that create user harm, legal risk, advertiser risk, or platform abuse.

5. Publisher Earnings

Publisher earnings are based on valid counted views and the active rate table. Invalid, duplicate, automated, incentivized, proxy, VPN, bot, ad-blocked, or fraudulent traffic may be rejected. Rates may change based on traffic quality, advertiser demand, country, device, and platform policy.

The minimum withdrawal amount is $5. Current withdrawal methods are UPI and bank transfer. We may request additional information before approving a payout if fraud prevention, compliance, or account verification requires it.

6. Advertising Campaigns

Advertiser campaigns are subject to review, traffic availability, and platform rules. Campaign pricing is shown before purchase. We may reject, pause, or remove campaigns that violate these Terms or create risk for users, publishers, or IndiaShortURL.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific earnings or campaign results. Features may be changed, paused, or discontinued when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or business reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

IndiaShortURL branding, software, design, and platform content belong to IndiaShortURL or its licensors. You keep ownership of content you submit, but you give us permission to process and display it as needed to provide the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, IndiaShortURL is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of data, third-party websites, or damages caused by misuse of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
